overcharging on rates & fees. A full review of all statements and transnational history is completed, identifying any potential overcharging markers.
A detailed review of the mobile, broadband or subscription contract is run by the software to assess and
identify any additional potential issues around the Terms & Conditions between the provider and the customer. The OCC software generates a financial & compliance report outlining any
overcharging as well as contract breaches under the contracts terms.
The generated reports can then be forwarded within the OCC software to the mobile, broadband or subscription
provider outlining and evidencing your claim
