CHECK - Select Your Financial Products.
The first step is for you to identify the financial product/s you wish to add to the software platform - Credit Cards - Mortgage - Investment - Pension - Loans - Insurances - Other.
You can review the financial product that the software checks within the home page & header menu.
Once you have identified your financial product/s from our list and picked a package, you simply move on to the next step.
CONFIRM - Follow The Online Procedures.
Once you have identified and confirmed your financial product/s, simply complete the online procedures and Confirm the appropriate details within the software. This will then allow you to forensically assess and review two main sectors in respect of your financial product/s, then generate two corresponding reports.
The First Financial Report - an automated financial analysis and reconciliation of all/any of your financial product statements. The Second Compliance Report - an automated and detailed forensic analysis of any potential overcharging, compliance breaches, errors, or potential misselling within your products.
CLICK - Then Generate The Results.
If the software analysis identifies overcharging, compliance breaches, errors, or potential misselling, it automatically generates the reports and saves them to your "Your Documents" section within your account.
You can then prepare both reports for the initial submission to your financial provider. Attaching these reports directly, and instantly to your provider's email address for online processing within your account, as a complaint or claim, evidencing your case for the appropriate financial remediation and payout.
Thereafter you can copy into the FOS or FSCS as appropriate.
PROCESS - Submit Your Complaint & Claim.
Having reviewed and collated all your reports, these documents will be automatically saved as PDFs within your account under the header "Your Documents". Then you simply click the associated links within your account under the header "Process Your Complaint", forwarding the covering letter, your evidenced reports, and all supporting documents (Statements/contracts), to your Financial Provider/Lender and await their compliant response on your complaint and financial claim.
A date and timestamp are added as well as updated details within the "Your Notes" section of your account. Allowing you to keep a detailed tracking history of all communications on your complaint and claims processing history with your financial providers, lender the FOS, and FSCS regulators were appropriate.
