The Analysis & Process.
Once you have completed the OCC software process for your chosen product, the analysis will identify any
potential errors, overcharging, or compliance breaches associated with your contract term and tariff.
Utility data for your Gas, Electric, and Water charges and associated tariffs either smart or normal meters are
processed from your monthly statement the data is then automatically uploaded & logged within the software.
The full reports generated by the system showing any issues can then be forwarded within your account on the OCC
software platform, directly to your Utility provider/s outlining and evidencing your complaint and potential claim.
